What is it about the Trust that keeps you motivated to be a Trustee?

The Trust was established to continue Lady Khama’s charitable work in Botswana. I am motivated by her concern for the disadvantaged members of society; her dedication to their needs; and her spirit of volunteerism.

 

What is your proudest moment in relation to the Trust or as a Trustee?

 

My proudest moment was in being invited to be a Founder Member of the Trust; then Secretary; thereafter Vice Chairperson; and now Chairperson.

 

What do you think is the biggest potential for the Trust?

 

The biggest potential for the Trust is being identified and recognised by local and international sponsors as a trusted channel of directing all forms of assistance for the disadvantaged members of society in Botswana.
