SUPPORTING BOTSWANA'S MOST VULNERABLE WOMEN, CHILDREN AND THE DISABLED
Our Story
At the Lady Khama Charitable Trust (LKCT), we are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of communities across Botswana. Founded on the belief in Dignity for All, we aim to empower women, children, the elderly, and people living with disabilities through a variety of impactful programs.
Our initiatives range from providing hygiene hampers to orphans and vulnerable children through the Lady K. For Her Wellbeing Project, to supporting women and families with education, healthcare, and community development efforts. We also work closely with the elderly and people with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to live fulfilling lives.
Our mission is to create a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and where opportunity is available to all, regardless of background or circumstance.
We invite you to explore our work, learn more about our projects, and find out how you can join us in making a lasting impact. Together, we can transform lives and create a brighter, more inclusive future for all. Learn more...
Our current projects strive to make a significant impact in various communities. We focus on initiatives that empower women, as well as programs that promote the educational and health wellbeing of girls. Additionally, we are committed to providing mobility aids for individuals with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and independence for all. Lastly, we promote random acts of kindness to cultivate a culture of compassion and support within our society.

We strive to be the voice and support for those in need, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
